Most people never stop to do the math on what their time is really worth. Especially when you're a young guy like me who used to give french lessons to earn money online.

Life ROI Calculator was built to change that.

It asks one brutal question:

“Are you trading your 20s for $12/hour?”

And answers it instantly with sliders, not fluff.

What it does

Life ROI Calculator takes in:

• Job income & hours
• Side hustle income & hours
• Your self-reported energy level

Then it outputs:

• Your real hourly ROI
• A brutally honest insight
• Your burnout risk
• Total time spent per month

No AI. Just math that hurts in the right way.

How I built it

Built entirely inside Bolt.new.

Asked Chatgpt to write a PRD after iterating on other project ideas

This project is optimized for the One-Shot Competition everything you see was created with a single prompt, then refined only meeting the requirements of the hackathon (embedded Youtube video, adding Bolt.new's logo).

Challenges I ran into

Coming with the right idea that excited me.

Designing slider ranges that fit most real-life situations.

Making burnout logic feel personalized without overcomplicating it.
