Students face the problem of to deal with items they do not use. We created this platform to raise awareness of the recommerce, creating Virtual Garage Sale sustainable ecommerce platform.

Comment

  • Students face the problem of having to deal with items they do not use for a while, which usually end up going to the landfills. Meanwhile, those items are generating 11% of the residential waste to our landfills, causing a substantial amount of environmental damage.

  • We created the e-commerce platform for used products and create the bidding the functionality for the products. With further development, we created a Virtual Garage Sale Concept.

  • It was built using Wordpress technology along with the HTML and CSS. We used some inbuilt functionality through different plugins to bring our idea to life

  • We implemented different Virtual Environment platforms to integrate into our website, we came to conclusion of using WP-VR.

  • We are proud of creating the platform that can help in recycling and reducing

  • We learned the functionality of E-commerce implementation and creating Virtual Reality concept integrated into the platform

  • The next step for Life Of Things will be to test the platform with real customers.
