Inspiration
I got the inspiration from an old coding class I once took. There I made movies and it gave me the idea to make a movie about life in the future.
What it does
It shows how children might have robots to bring them breakfast and how they might have cars that can talk and drive on their own.
How I built it
I first picked out my sprites and what their costumes are if they had one and then I started coding them. After that I checked for any bugs in my coding.
Challenges I ran into
I had 2 main challenges. My first one was that it was very tricky to have the sprites move with the car across the screen because some were too fast and some were too slow. The other problem was that scratch. The first time I played the video It did not work perfectly and when I played it again It worked fine even though I did not change anything.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I am proud of the fact that I got the car and the sprites to move across the screen at the same time so it looked like they were actually sitting in the car and the car was moving.
What I learned
I learned a trick to code faster if I wanted lots of sprites or 2 sprites to do the same thing with the same code.
What's next for Life in the Future - Hannah's morning
I would make another movie showing how school will be like for children in the future.
