With the power to connect thousands of services in today's digital life plus all new kind of technologies it is possible to keep track of every day activities and get analytics to provide insights to doctors, nurses and other healthcare personnel with the right tools and data to make better and faster decisions on patients care.

The idea is to combine the AI chatbot technology through voice recognition with analytics and machine learning to better understand patients activities. AI provides a semi-natural way of communication with a 24/7 assistant, capable of take actions as required: track of physical activity, eat times, food, medicines schedules, doctor appointments, emergency calls as well as methodologies to well train patients in their treatments.

This will need a voice recognition hardware (as general as a smartphone or dedicated hardware) to be the interface between patients, healthcare personnel and the system. Recording, storage, tracking, visualizing and analysis can be done offline or in the cloud, there are many scenarios where both modes can be applied.

All this technologies are new and there are a lot of thing to learn. This lead to a necessity to well trained specialist in many areas like doctors, nurses, hospital managers, software engineers, machine learning engineers, data scientists, and development operations. It is also a big challenge to get into the people, with the right speech.

It is a long way to road, but with some machine learning projects developed I figure it out the potential of this technologies.
