Inspiration

I love the healthcare field because there is nothing more rewarding than being able to provide help to those in need, to have the purpose to serve others and save/preserve life is the most amazing profession. I love healthcare because I love being able to make someone's day and help them through trying times!!

What it does

We can utilize this experience of working in a hospital as a platform for building skills of compassion, empathy, meditation and attaining peace within. Research studies show that practicing these skills can change the way our brain perceives pain and suffering.

How we built it

Collect Data and Analyze Patient Outcomes. If you can't measure it, then you can't manage it. ... Set Goals and Commit to Ongoing Evaluation. ... Improve Access to Care. ... Focus on Patient Engagement. ... Connect and Collaborate With Other Organizations.

Challenges we ran into

There are many stakeholders who play a key role in determining the cost of healthcare services, ranging from device manufacturers to medical drug manufacturing companies and payers to insurance policy providers. Conflict is natural when so many stakeholders are involved.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Project management in healthcare is an organizational process that improves how medical facilities function. Its purpose is to resolve issues in the current operations and implement policies that enhance patient care and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

What we learned

Project management skills and good project managers are increasingly important to the healthcare industry because they can help control costs, manage risk, and speed improvement project outcomes.

What's next for LIFE CARE

Beyond episodic treatment, telehealth will continue to expand into the management of chronic illnesses and specialty care, including mental health services. Patients now have easier access to care that is more convenient. In this regard, a National Telehealth Mental Program was announced in the Union Budget 2025.
