Inspiration

Every new neural pathway in the brain creates energy.
Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural pathways throughout life and in response to experiences. While the brain usually does this itself in response to injury or disease, when humans focus their attention enough, they can slowly rewire these pathways themselves. Neural pathways, comprised of neurons connected by dendrites, are created in the brain based on our habits and behaviors. The number of dendrites increases with the frequency a behaviour is performed.

We were inspired by people who have chosen to step away from posting publicly on social media but they rather create their own small groups where they share their lives and experiences with the people they chose and feel safe with. Thus they have increased their ability to express themselves and feel more confident in front of the camera and not be shy about their voice or opinions.## What it does Helps you be more present. An app to boost efficiency in communication, your confidence, and your sense of community by having an organized space where to share your ideas via text, audio or video when inspiration strikes. You can keep these messages to yourself or share them with the people you want.

Challenges we ran into

The main challenge at first was to explain in a way mentors understood our idea. Then we had to narrow our ideas within the APP and keep it simple.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to come with an innovative app in which people can better their communication skills, feel more confident in front of camera and share their thoughts within inner circl. With this App we will help people boost their confidence. We spoke with many experts - data, developers and public speaker We did around 20 interviews and received 75 responses in our survey
