Inspiration
The project was sparked by wanting to show how AI makes creativity accessible — no big production team, no long sign-off chain, just two people building side by side and letting the idea lead. The brand’s core artwork had a pop-art edge, and the goal was to turn that energy into motion, music, and attitude.
What it does
LICKED is a short, high-impact advert for a new fashion label. It blends:
original character designs AI-generated visuals and motion a punchy Udio-made soundtrack transitions that jump between pop-art worlds and real-world styling
The result is a music-driven, fast-cut fashion spot that creates identity.
How we built it
The workflow mixed traditional artwork with a multi-model AI production pipeline:
Seedream Edit 4.0: transforming hand-drawn designs into stylised, pop-art visuals MidJourney: generating supplemental imagery Veo 3.1 (start + end frame): creating dynamic transitions and anchored motion Kling: producing clean, smooth character animation Weavy: the central place to run all models and iterate quickly Premiere Pro: assembling and refining the final edit Udio: generating the driving audio track that sets the tone
The entire piece was made collaboratively, sitting side by side, iterating in real time — which massively sped up the process and kept the advert true to the original idea.
Challenges we ran into
Keeping a consistent look when combining several AI models Matching lighting and texture between real-world shots and stylised AI frames Avoiding visual drift during rapid iteration Finding a rhythm that allowed the visuals and the Udio soundtrack to lock together cleanly Balancing speed with quality when the tools allow near-instant experimentation

What's next for LICKED
LICKED will continue developing its visual world — expanding the characters, building full campaign looks, and exploring interactive and animated pieces for social. There’s scope to build out a full AI-powered brand system:
