LibReg can records objects ownership by object detection and face recognition, and be used in library system.
In this project, we use a raspberry pi to capture video and stream video to the server. Our server will extract every single frame and perform objection detection on this frame. One we found there's a person in the frame, we will try to perform face recognition on this person
Once an event is triggered, for example, one object is put down. Our system will try to judge who put it there and relate the person's identity to the object.
Customise the object tracking module use OpenCV and YOLO with Mike.
Design the structure of JSON database in firebase database.
Use python to get and set values in firebase with Mirek.
Set up the Pi camera on Rspberry Pi, and made the video streaming sending by socket. Configured the Firebase database.
