Library Hack (Pygame)

I tried to use Pygame for this project to make a fun little painting game.

I have never used Pygame before, but I have heard it is fun to make games with.

I decided to try learning a little bit about Pygame for this project. I followed a very useful YouTube tutorial showing me how to get started and I expanded upon it a bit.
