Inspiration

Legal documents are often difficult to understand, expensive to review, and time-consuming to analyze. Contracts, agreements, legal notices, and compliance documents contain complex terminology that many individuals, startups, and small businesses struggle to interpret.

We built Lexora AI to make legal intelligence accessible to everyone. Our goal was to create an AI-powered platform that helps users understand legal documents, identify risks, generate legal content, and receive instant legal assistance from a single workspace.

Challenges we ran into

One of our biggest challenges was handling AI-generated responses consistently. Large language models sometimes return malformed JSON, so we implemented response validation and cleaning utilities to ensure reliable parsing.

Another challenge was designing a professional legal-tech interface while keeping the experience simple for non-legal users. We focused on creating a clean dashboard, intuitive workflows, and enterprise-grade user experience.

We also faced challenges in document processing, file management, authentication security, and integrating multiple legal tools into a unified platform.
