🧠 Inspiration

As the AI ecosystem grows, prompting has become a crucial skill — yet there's no unified platform to discover, organize, and refine high-quality prompts. We wanted to build a clean, well-structured space where anyone, from beginners to power users, could explore and learn from effective AI prompts across different domains. That’s how Lexiq was born.

💡 What it does

Lexiq is a curated platform that hosts a growing library of high-quality AI prompts, categorized by use case — such as writing, productivity, code, and creativity. Users can browse and explore prompts, save favorites, and prepare their own personal collection for repeated use. It serves as a launchpad for better interactions with AI tools.

🛠️ How we built it

Lexiq was developed using Next.js with shadcn/ui, with postgresql database, Drizzle ORM etc.

🧩 Challenges we ran into

Designing a flexible data structure for prompts that can scale with user interactions
Creating a clean yet engaging UI that balances usability with aesthetics
Ensuring responsiveness and visual polish across devices without using placeholders or filler content

Built and deployed a fully functional, responsive prompt discovery platform
Designed a scalable front-end architecture to support future prompt challenges
Developed a visually appealing interface with consistent UX and thoughtful animations

📚 What we learned

A strong UI/UX foundation is critical for encouraging user exploration and trust
The prompt space is vast, and organizing it effectively adds real value
Even with a minimal MVP, meaningful impact can come from thoughtful execution

🚀 What's next for Lexiq

Implementing prompt challenges: weekly contests for solving creative tasks using AI
Adding user profiles, leaderboards, and remix/versioning features
Expanding the library with support for various AI models
Enabling community contributions and collaborative prompt building
