I researched this topic, Leverage Sentiment Analysis as a part of tasks given to us for Day 2 in MLH Local Hack Day
What it does
LSA (Leverage Sentiment Analysis) is analyzing the sentiments of consumers with respect to your product or your brand. It is also called opinion mining. It can also be seen as how customers would react when they hear about your brand or any of its products.
What we learned
I learned that LSA is a very useful tool in business for your brand as well as your product. LSA can be used depending on the current situation and can be very helpful. It can help you prevent crises at a very infant stage, and also help you avoid creating a crisis for your brand. There are many more advantages of it like it Consistently Measure Reputation Trends. In today's modern world, Reputation trends change very quickly and differ from location to location. Even in one country, trends are different between the two cities. So it can help you in launching your product globally or managing your brand reputation globally as well. Another important expect is we can use it together with Machine Learning. I am learning Machine Learning currently, and it'll be a great project to working on them both together
What's next for Levrage_Sentiment_Analysis
As soon as I finish learning Machine Learning, I'll work on a project to make LSA work through Machine Learning, as one key feature of it is to learn Reputation Trends, which change so quickly nowadays. So I would like to train a Machine Learning model, to learn and predict these trends, and tactics that can be used as well.
