Inspiration

Letter writing is one of the best way for creating Friends, Clients and Customers relations. Most of often, analyzing the content of Letters in order to determine your Friends, Customers/Client major aim of writing, the Moods, Sentiments, letter summary etc. which will help one to attract, retain and win back your clients /Customers is not easy to come by.

By integrating Modzy AI on top of Lob API, I am able to get every bit of message or main details of the message in every Letter creations, the Users Moods, Sentiments,Name Entities etc,involved in each of the published Letter in order to facilitate a smooth conversations and business decisions.

I also realized that we can save a lots of time and energy if we can run Letter Summary by pointing the User to the actual content of the messages in the said Letter.

What it does

1.) The Application uses Loby API to create and Send Letters

2.) It then uses Modzy Sentiments AI to detect and analyze Clients/Customers Sentiments in the Letter Messages for positivity(Happy Mood), negativity(Sad Mood) and Neutrality(Mild Mood) Statements.
. This help to detect if the Person sending the Letter is Happy, Sad or Mild respectively.

3.) It also uses Modzy Name Entity AI to detect and analyze all the Names, People, Locations, Entities etc. involved in the Letter Messages.

4.) It also uses Modzy Summary AI to summarize the main details of the Letter messages. This help to save more time by providing the summary of Letter which points the user to the main details of the messages.

5.) The Applications leverages Google Statistical Graphs/Charts to display Graphical/Charts Visualization of each the Letters Sentiments and Analytics leveraging Modzy AI Sentimental and Analytics Data
