Inspiration

How to support communities equitably in the region where economic stresses impact access to the internet, and technology in a growing mental health crisis.

What it does

MFit Gains works to develop an awareness of mental fitness & symptoms of decline, the website starts to develop a plan/personal visual record/personal map, whilst beginning to share some of the ways that mental fitness links with personal actions and events.

MFit Gainz maintains a personal sharable visual experience-based customer relationship manager for consumers that links/refers them to community resources eg events, workers, online resources, online groups and residential programs documenting their journey. Linking professional communities with the PHN and creating income through a system of referral including a small fee; thus supporting the PHN and the community they support via both the referral and the decrease in research administration labour involved in referral 'ing; eg event information, current professionals, time finding the right fit, appointment setting, transport details ect.

The solution reduces the labour and administration for both the client and the PHN network of connections. It also helps to maintain reliable data on those connections in ways that help to build community networks and health.

This printable journey is also a sharable visual record for therapists and other connections sharing their mental fitness actions in an easy-to-read visual record.

The design is accessible by web or phone, and can be accessed at a library and easy to use making it amenable to communities with limited computer skills or abilities.

MFit Gainz links mental actions with feelings, with gamified links to tools, bookings, therapists, coaches, peers, assessments, connecting/re-integration with communities, and sharing relatable stories and community events.

MFit Gainz rewards users through dopamine clicks, buzz feeds, and community connections and provides reminders and incentives.

How we built it

Using Word, Slack, Pollenizer Universal Pitch Deck and Canvas, for the design mock-ups and presentation slides.
