Inspiration

There are so many people all over the world that suffers from the a problem in the vision and there eyes have less ability for vision than the normal eye. For that, we have inspired from the examples of people and we want to help them in this problem to make them can study, learn or even work like other people.

What it does

We want to make a machine that has the ability to take photos of things in front of them that can be people or books and transfer it to a written words that we can read it after that hear it from a speaker and we want to make a bit difference in it and make it more cheaper that can make the poor people benefited from it and can buy it.

How we built it

we use raspberry pi to set up all steps on it then we use a camera to catch a photo of the thing in front of it and transform it to text using google cloud vision api then transform the text that we got from the first step to speech using gtts and the sound will through out from the speakers.

Challenges we ran into

Our team wants to make a change in our country and the world that can make it a better place to live and make the world communicate in easily way with each other by make a high percentage of people that they do not have the ability to see with each other like us and they live a hard and tiring life and we want this people to communicate with us and make them can see and we want to make them feel like ordinary people and do not feel that they are different specially kids those who also suffer from inability to see.
