LessonFoundry is an education workflow for teachers. Upload one lesson, and GPT-5.6 first creates an editable lesson profile and Accessibility Score—no materials are generated until the teacher reviews it.

Once approved, LessonFoundry generates a differentiated classroom package: standard, ESL, ADHD, gifted, and dyslexia-friendly versions, plus a 10-question quiz, aligned homework, and a parent summary.

Classroom Simulator: a pre-teaching stress test

The signature feature role-plays five learners—gifted, English learner, ADHD, dyslexia, and average learner—to surface likely questions before class. For every risk, GPT-5.6 shows the exact lesson phrase or concept that caused it, why that learner may get stuck, and an editable teacher recommendation.

Teachers can select Apply fix & refresh. LessonFoundry asks GPT-5.6 to apply that targeted clarification and refresh only the affected materials. That creates a review-and-improve teaching workflow, instead of a one-shot content generator.

Impact

A single dense source lesson becomes nine practical classroom materials and five predicted misunderstandings, designed to replace an estimated 2–4 hours of differentiation preparation each week.

Technology

LessonFoundry is built with Next.js 15, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and the OpenAI Responses API.

GPT-5.6 powers structured lesson analysis, accessibility scoring, simultaneous differentiated-material generation, five-persona simulation, and targeted lesson-risk fixes.

Codex accelerated the architecture, typed API routes, reusable UI components, polished interaction design, demo fallback data, and build verification.
