Inspiration

Professional photos are hard to get and costly. I wanted to give everyone a personal AI photographer.

What it does

LenzMe - Your Personal AI Photographer LenzMe lets you train a personal AI character from your photos. you can generate different style photos, professional headshots or creative portraits just by typing. The platform includes a full suite of features : AI Character Training, AI image generation, Image to Prompt Extraction, Gallery, Favorites Tab, Explore Page. The app is a complete product with secure user authentication and three subscription plans for different usage levels.

How we built it

I solo-developed LenzMe AI, a full stack web application using bolt.new. Frontend: React (Vite) Backend: Cloudflare Workers, external APIs Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL) Services: Clerk for auth, Creem (Stripe based MoR for payments)

Challenges we ran into

The clock was ticking. Building a robust AI pipeline as a solo is a beast. Making the asynchronous AI training feel "bolt-fast" for the end-user was the real puzzle to solve.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Shipping a full-stack, monetized AI app as a solo dev during a hackathon. It's not just a demo; it's a live service that works. That's the vibe.

What we learned

I mastered building end-to-end applications on a modern architecture using bolt.new and managed the full product lifecycle.

What's next for LenzMe AI

Edit image functionality, expanding from images into AI-generated video clips.
