LensPad

What it does

On LensPad, everyone with a 1) web3 wallet and 2) a lens protocol profile, can easily upload and monetise his writings. Our platform is oriented towards longer stories/books.

How we built it

We build our application on top of the lens protocol, which was created by the Aave Team. Our whole backend logic is solely based on the smart contracts provided by the protocol.

Challenges we ran into

The greatest challenges were our internal communication as well as delegation and execution of tasks. We assume this issues occured because of 1) the long duration of this hackathon, and 2) and most importantly because of the fact that this was the first hackathon for all of us. Everyone have learned a lot during this time, and we are looking forward to future challenges!

As a team, we are proud that we managed to deliver a workable product.

What we learned

We learned a lot. We learned how to collect and asses ideas, how to collaborate, how to criticise each other in a fair way, and most importantly: how to BUIDL.
