Bob: Your neighborhood grocery Assistant

Inspiration

Found the use of conversation assistants to be the next step in Artificial Intelligence. This coupled with the idea of integrating it into a mobile platform gives it the unique niche.

What it does

Handles questions related to getting items in a store.

How I built it

Using Google Dialogflow to set the base for interactive speech, Google Firestore to store the data and node js to handle the background

Challenges I ran into

Teammates left in the morning due to unforeseen circumstances. Redirected the front end to work on Google Assistant.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Managing and allocating resources systematically.
