Inspiration

As a productivity coach, trainer, and author, I have seen many people learn useful productivity methods but struggle to apply them consistently. Their goals, projects, tasks, schedules, and learning materials are often scattered across different tools.

I created LenKeHoach.Vn, also known as LOS (Learning OS), to bring learning and execution into one connected system. The idea is simple: users should not only learn how to work effectively—they should also have the tools to turn that knowledge into clear plans and daily action.

What it does

LenKeHoach.Vn combines an online learning platform with a practical planning workspace.

Users can:

• Learn through structured online courses and guided programs.
• Turn long-term visions into goals and actionable projects.
• Create project roadmaps with interactive Gantt charts.
• Prioritize tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix.
• Organize and execute work on Kanban boards.
• Schedule tasks through an interactive calendar.
• Maintain a shared backlog so important ideas and tasks are not forgotten.
• Connect goals, projects, milestones, tasks, and daily schedules in one workflow.

Instead of switching between multiple productivity apps, users can move continuously from learning to planning, execution, and review.

How I built it

LenKeHoach.Vn was built as a modern web application using SvelteKit for the user interface and Supabase for authentication, database management, and user access control.

The product was designed around a connected workflow:

Vision → Goals → Projects → Milestones → Kanban Tasks → Calendar**

The learning platform and planning tools share the same user account and membership system. I also developed reusable interfaces for Gantt timelines, Eisenhower prioritization, Kanban drag-and-drop, task backlogs, and interactive calendar scheduling.

Throughout development, I focused on keeping the experience fast, visually clear, and simple enough for people who do not normally use complex project-management software.

Challenges I ran into

The biggest challenge was connecting several different planning methods without making the product feel complicated.

Gantt charts, Eisenhower matrices, Kanban boards, backlogs, and calendars each represent work differently. I had to define a clear relationship between goals, projects, milestones, tasks, and scheduled activities so users would not need to enter the same information repeatedly.

Other challenges included:

• Building reliable drag-and-drop interactions across Kanban boards and calendars.
• Keeping user data and task states synchronized between different views.
• Designing permissions for Personal, Pro, and Lifetime members.
• Managing trial periods, payments, and protected course content.
• Creating an interface that works for both simple personal planning and more complex projects.
• Keeping the application responsive while adding increasingly powerful features.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud to have created more than a collection of separate productivity tools. LenKeHoach.Vn provides a connected system that helps users move from an idea to a goal, from a goal to a project, and from a project to concrete action on their calendar.

I am especially proud of:

• Combining an online course platform and planning workspace in one product.
• Creating a flexible workflow that connects Gantt milestones with Kanban boards.
• Building a shared backlog that prevents important tasks from being forgotten.
• Allowing tasks to move naturally from planning views into the calendar.
• Developing a functional membership and content-access system.
• Turning real productivity coaching methods into practical digital tools.
• Building and testing the product with feedback from real learners and workshop participants.

What I learned

I learned that users do not necessarily need more productivity features. They need clearer connections between the features they already use.

A Gantt chart is useful for understanding a project, a Kanban board is useful for executing a milestone, and a calendar is useful for deciding when the work will happen. When these tools are connected, planning becomes much more practical.

I also learned that building with real users is more valuable than trying to perfect every feature in isolation. Workshops and early feedback helped us identify which workflows were genuinely useful and which ones needed to be simplified.

Most importantly, I learned that a productivity system should reduce mental load. Powerful features only create value when users can understand what to do next.

What's next for LenKeHoach.Vn

Next, I plan to complete the connection between Vision, Goals, Gantt projects, milestone-based Kanban boards, the shared backlog, and the interactive calendar.

I also plan to:

• Improve the online learning experience and guided practice programs.
• Add more templates for personal goals, solo businesses, and professional projects.
• Make task scheduling and drag-and-drop planning more seamless.
• Add progress reviews and clearer project insights.
• Improve onboarding for first-time users.
• Expand collaboration features for coaches, mentors, partners, and learners.
• Continue refining the product through workshops and real user feedback.

My long-term vision is for LenKeHoach.Vn to become a practical Learning OS—a place where people can learn, plan, take action, and continuously improve within one connected system.
