Inspiration - Inclination to contribute towards Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Banking Industry

What it does - Helps minority small business owners get their loan applications approved based on behavioral aspects along with financials of the applicant through mainstream banks

How we built it - By doing research regarding bias in small business lending and how it can be overcome by new-age thought process

Challenges we ran into - Understanding the depth and impact of the existing bias

Accomplishments that we're proud of - Unique offering which will gradually eradicate the inherent bias in small business lending

What we learned - Just a law may not be enought to bring about the change in the society, it is imortant for us as a part of the society to not only accept the change but also think about different ways of how it can be brought ot life.

What's next for LendAll - Diversify the usage of LendAll to other arms of banking and new geographies
