Inspiration - my uncle was not aware of legal terms and he trusted his friend about the papers he was signing and he got tricked into giving him over his property. That is why I don't want anyone else to be tricked like this.
What it does - it provides the convenience of letting the user know about the importance of some phrases in the document which needs to be fully understood before signing the document.
How I built it - using android and java
Challenges I ran into - highlighting the part of the para that is required to be seen
Accomplishments that I'm proud of - providing the whole para which contains the words which are to be understood by the user
What I learned - Vision API of Google to recognize the words from an image taken from the camera
What's next for LegalScanner - To give the meaning of those words and provide legal advice to the common man
