Inspiration

Litigation Management - a task that is known to be:

time consuming
error prone
frustrating We offer a robust, secure and performant management platform using AI in the cloud! We recognized the pain points of the task and felt highly motivate to provide a beautiful solution.

What it does

We offer an end to end solution. A front-end tool where any non-technical person can add, upload, maintain and edit litigation claims. A simple and intuitive UI will guide the user through the process. A reporting capability through an interactive dashboard shows key metrics over all consolidated claims. We also added a workflow functionality to track changes to cases and also manage approvals.

We are also very proud to introduce a ground-breaking additional functionality that allows the user to build dashboards on the fly by using natural language i.e "Show me all cases legal expenses by country". This uses AI and Natural Language Understanding to understand the user queries and generate the relevant analysis on the fly. Also the user can choose to download reports to attach to documentation and presentations for reference.

We built this with an architecture is mind to allow for a future-proof, modular and scalable solution all the while being secure and highly available.

How we built it

We are using a cross platform framework for our front-end web application. A reliable cloud provider for storage, access management, dashboard and reporting. Furthermore we are leveraging cloud AI technologies with NLP to transform human requests into beautiful dashboards and reports. Our architecture allows for easy and secure access from everywhere while being built with all best practice standards in mind.

Challenges we ran into

This is a full-on challenge with a rich scope. There was only little time for many requirements and features. We did our best to incorporate all relevant features to have a useful end to end prototype that can be showcased to pitch the value our solution offers. It was challenging building a full-on system while keeping low-cost consideration in mind.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Our team working together in perfect harmony despite the distracting warm scent of the Hackathon venue Being able to build a fully working prototype in the limited time with data entry, data checks, downloading, analytics and dashboarding and finally the AI/NLP capability

What we learned

We learned a lot about video compilation, flutter, cloud AI solutions and team work!

We would be happy to see our solution running live for the use-case it was made for. We are happy to come to Implenia and present our solution to them internally if they want us to (we accept fancy lunch as payment)
