Inspiration

The idea for "Legal Luminaries" was born from observing the emotional and legal distress individuals and couples often face during critical phases of their relationships — particularly around marriage, divorce, and post-marital transitions. We wanted to create a safe, accessible platform that offers both emotional counseling and legal insight, helping people make informed decisions while feeling genuinely supported. With rising awareness around mental health and relationship therapy, there was a clear gap in combining empathetic counseling with legal literacy — and we stepped in to bridge it.

What it does

Legal Luminaries is an online and offline counseling platform that provides paid sessions for:

• Pre-marital counseling
  
• Marital dispute resolution
  
• Relationship therapy
  
• Post-marital counseling
  
• Divorce-related emotional support

How we built it

The project was built using Bolt (bolt.new) - a no-code visual builder that allowed rapid deployment with professional design and scalable structure.
Key integrations included:

• Formspree for collecting form submissions and sending automated emails
  
• Razorpay for secure online payments for different session packages
  
• Custom logic in TypeScript to handle dynamic form data and conditional email flows
  
• Responsive layout and real-time editing for seamless user experience

Challenges we ran into

1. Email Integration Issues: Initially, Bolt's internal forms didn’t send notifications reliably, so we had to switch to Formspree for reliable email delivery.
2. Payment Gateway Setup: Understanding Razorpay’s link creation and embedding for session packages was a learning curve.
3. Balancing Simplicity with Functionality: Creating a user flow that felt both minimal and interactive, without overwhelming the user.
4. Session Flow Automation: Ensuring booking forms triggered the correct email logic depending on the session type and mode selected (online/offline).

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• Designed and deployed a fully functional counseling service platform without a backend or database.
• Enabled clients to select preferred session types, pay securely, and receive confirmation automatically, all within a single seamless experience.
• Created a clean, professional brand identity that conveys trust, care, and insight.

What we learned

• The power of no-code platforms like Bolt in accelerating project deployment.
• How to integrate third-party services like Formspree and Razorpay effectively.
• Designing intuitive user flows for people in sensitive emotional states.
• How vital small UX details are like preferred counselor choice and email confirmation in building trust.

What's next for Legal Luminaries

• Add Calendar Integration for session scheduling and reminders.
• Enable Real-time Chat or Video Links for online sessions post-booking.
• Introduce a Blog/Resource Section for relationship tips and legal awareness.
• Analytics Dashboard to track bookings, counselor feedback, and performance.
• Eventually, expand into other areas like parenting support, grief counseling, or legal aid advisory.
