Our team was inspired to build LeetCoach not after a single moment of frustration, but after months if not years of pending stress and frustration over the difficulty of landing offers in Computer Science. Central to that problem is the role of technical interviews, which are often the final round and consist of technical interview questions called "Leetcodes".

One common issue we saw over and over was the neglect of communication and the sole emphasis on technical skills. While these skills were often simple to drill on your own, not requiring the time and money needed to hire an in person coach or tutor, they were also ignoring the very skills that employers say they value: conciseness, the ability to explain technical skills simply, and speaking and communication skills.

From there, our team devised LeetCoach. Entirely asynchronous, available to you 24/7, and able to serve as a tutor for both technical accuracy and efficiency while grading you on those oft missed soft skills such as confidence, engagement, and professionalism, LeetCoach is the full package. Unlike typical solutions, it isn't an expensive solution requiring hours of your time and hundreds of dollars in upfront investment. It also disregards convention and prioritizes your soft skills in the machine learning powered feedback calculations, showing the importance of developing skills outside the classroom.
