🌟 Inspiration

The inspiration for Lebronify came from an observation: the unmatched passion of LeBron James fans. While many platforms serve music lovers, none exist for sports fandom and music appreciation, especially for an icon like LeBron.

We imagined a dedicated platform where fans could celebrate LeBron’s legacy, on and off the court, through music. This became our entry into the Bolt World's Largest Hackathon – 1-Shot Prompt Competition, pushing us to build a fully functional app from a single prompt under tight constraints.

🎧 What It Does

Lebronify is a music streaming app built for LeBron fans. Users can:

  • 🎵 Stream tracks inspired by or about LeBron
  • 🏀 Explore music that reflects basketball culture
  • 📊 View interactive stats and milestones from LeBron’s career
  • 💻 Enjoy a responsive interface inspired by top streaming platforms

It’s more than just a music app, rather it’s a digital tribute to the King.

🛠️ How We Built It

We used a modern web stack focused on speed and UX:

  • React for the frontend
  • Vite for fast builds and hot reloading
  • TypeScript for type safety and cleaner code
  • Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development
  • Local JSON database for curated track storage

This combination let us move fast, stay organized, and deliver a polished product within the hackathon window.

⚔️ Challenges We Faced

  • Time Constraints: Building a full app from a 1-shot prompt required clear MVP prioritization.
  • Data Limitations: No existing API for LeBron-themed music meant manually creating and verifying track content.
  • Responsive Design: Tailwind helped, but optimizing for all screen sizes took fine-tuning.
  • Prompt Execution: Interpreting and fully delivering on a single-line prompt took strategic planning and discipline.
