Learning Journey was created to address the challenges posed by the vast amounts of information available and the prohibitive costs of quality education. Our platform embodies the vision of making education universally accessible, for everyone and anyone.
What it does📚
At the heart of Learning Journey is a groundbreaking AI-driven platform that allows users to effortlessly design customized courses on their chosen subjects. Users select a main topic and its associated subtopics, and from there, Learning Journey's AI steps in. It gathers pertinent educational material and produces concise summaries. AI generated Mindmaps, Quizes, Short form Reels all come together in a packaged course like format. This approach creates customized learning paths that are both informative and engaging.
How we built it🏗️
The development of Learning Journey was characterized by a unique blend of advanced technology and creative innovation. We utilized Google Palm 2 and Gemini AI to power an AI-centric engine that selects educational content from a vast array of resources. We used Google Cloud Run, Cloud Bucket and Compute to power the backend. Firebase played a crucial role in data management and storage, ensuring a seamless user experience. The aesthetics and ease of use were created with React and enhanced using Tailwind UI.

The primary challenges encountered during development included making a distraction-less UI, and learning about Google Cloud Platform's services.
