EduPacer

The app teaches subjects to users via carefully curated YouTube videos that explain concepts in simple terms. Users select a subject to study and then watch a video on the subject. Users are then prompted to evaluate their learning with an in-app quiz which allows them to earn points and measure progress. These points can then be used to buy something from the shop.

Challenges included learning how to use Tkinter GUI from Python, and connecting MongoDB Atlas to the project.

We wanted to include a shop but didn't have enough time to implement it. We currently only have a points variable assigned to each user and users get rewarded 10 points for each question they get right and updated in the database.
