Inspiration
More than 1 billion children are at risk of falling behind due to school closures aimed at containing the spread of COVID-19. Only 34% of UK pupils felt motivated to learn remotely throughout lockdown. 61% rise in need at food banks and families with children have been hardest hit
What it does
Not your ordinary digital education platform, it’s a revolutionary app that will help online education to be fun and exciting, while also serving greater good to the public. Children can find themselves in the easy-to-use interface, with games and challenges, that allow them to earn badges, motivating them to continue with studying. There is also an interesting catch: the badges can be exchanged for a food bank donation, allowing parents to teach their children a valuable lesson of compassion. We are looking into expanding to work with other charities in the future like ‘KidsOut’ and others.
