Inspiration

When students dive into the field of research and tech they find it difficult and overwhelming to come up with ideas or find a project which suits their skill set.Moreover, There is no platform for young researchers to find ongoing research papers/ideas they can work upon or contribute in. Our website aims to solve these problems by providing a platform where students or professionals can list their ongoing projects and research ideas or they can find the ideas matching their skill sets and interests, hence contribute in it.

Challenges we ran into

I didn't have any past experience with Databases so integrating databases was a little challenging for us. Implementing JWT and maintaining sessions was difficult as it was my first time working on it.

Was able to successfully implement JWT and work with database

What we learned

Learned about JWT, node.js, databases, sequelize and cookies
