Inspiration

Science has been made inaccessible to many due to the confusing language in traditional textbooks. We wanted to create an app that would help others understand science concepts to ensure success in the classroom. With simple wording and diagrams, this allows anyone to understand and appreciate science.

What it does

This app teaches basic science concepts using simple wording and animations.

How we built it

We used the Code.org App Lab and JavaScript to create the application. The animations were created using GoodNotes and the Home Screen image was obtained from Canva.

Challenges we ran into

The animations were difficult due to resizing the picture and cutting out the circles to make it look like they were moving. In addition, we were unable to create all the lessons due to time constraints.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We created a working application that effectively demos our idea. Although we were unable to finish, we are proud of the lesson that we managed to create.
