What it does

This program teaches the basics of Java and programming in general. In the limited time we had, we chose to focus on binary trees and the insertion process.

How we built it

We built this project using Java and the Swing library, facilitated by NetBeans and its GUI builder tool.

Challenges we ran into

Given that none of us had any experience with GUIs, we struggled with using the Swing library and NetBeans. However, it was a valuable experience as we (conveniently) were just about to use GUIs in one of our courses.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of coming out with a functional program despite having no prior experience with GUIs. Additionally, this is our very first hackathon. Although it was an ordeal, we are proud to have done it regardless!
