Inspiration
I am one those people who believe in the fact that learning is best served when chatting, it's human instinct. I saw the difficulty that my teachers and fellow peers were facing while chatting. I wanted to help them. With this project, If I can help at least one teacher breath easier. It'll be worth it
What it does
It's a self explanatory idea. It's a chat app to use in a school environment with no distractions from the app. But its a difficult task to do. Im glad I did it.
How we built it
It was built using nodejs and express. I did not know them a lot, but I used the knowledge I knew, and some books to make it a reality. I also used socket.io, I was never good at socket.io and I didn't understand it.This hackathon was a experience to help me learn socket.io. I thank the the orginzers of this event for this.
Challenges we ran into
Well, I knew socket.io was going to be needed. So I had to spend some time getting a feel. I also think that css was something that toke a lot of time
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Getting the rooms to work as intended. as well as having a decent css
What we learned
