Across Africa and poorer countries, decades‑old networks lose 30–50% of treated water before it ever reaches a home. That is billions of liters disappearing underground every single day. The real inspiration is this: the same AI we worry about for consuming water can actually be the cure — scanning pipes, predicting leaks, and saving more water than it ever uses.
