After analyzing businesses generating $2M+ annually, we found that 34% of qualified leads never scheduled sales calls because creators couldn't handle the volume. This represents over $200,000 in lost revenue annually from communication bottlenecks.

What it does:

LeadLoop AI manages overwhelming message volumes for info product creators through three specialized AI agents:

Instagram agent: Automatically responds to DMs, qualifies prospects, and books calls without creator involvement. Web form agent: Monitors form submissions and scores leads using a sophisticated 10-point qualification system that analyzes company revenue ($5M+ = 4 points), timeline urgency (ASAP = 3 points), budget capacity ($50K+ = 3 points), and pain point intensity through keyword detection. Follow-up agent: Executes personalized sequences across email and SMS, ensuring no prospects fall through the cracks. The system processes 500+ daily messages 24/7, automatically routes leads to appropriate sales team members based on qualification scores (8-10 points = senior closer, 6-7 = sales specialist, 1-5 = junior setter), and escalates only high-priority conversations to creators.

How we built it

Built with Google Cloud's Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Gemini 2.0 Flash. The architecture uses continuous loops for monitoring and parallel agents for simultaneous multi-channel coordination: Lead Qualification System: Developed a 10-point scoring algorithm that evaluates:

Company revenue level (0-4 points): $5M+ companies receive maximum scoring Timeline urgency (0-3 points): "ASAP" or "30 days" responses get priority routing Budget capacity (0-3 points): $50K+ budgets receive highest qualification scores Pain point analysis: Detects urgency keywords like "struggling" and growth indicators like "scale"
