LeadGenix: AI-Powered Lead Generation & Outreach Automation
Inspiration
Our team was deeply inspired by the challenges faced by GroMo Partners (GPs) across India. Through conversations with dozens of GPs, we discovered a consistent pattern: despite their dedication and hard work, many struggled to efficiently identify which leads deserved their attention, create personalized outreach that resonated across India's diverse cultural landscape, and maintain effective follow-up processes at scale.
One GP from a tier-2 city shared how he spent over 14 hours daily managing leads, yet his conversion rates remained frustratingly low because he couldn't differentiate high-potential prospects from time-wasters. Another GP described her challenges creating culturally relevant messages in multiple languages, often relying on generic templates that failed to connect with prospects.
We recognized that while GroMo has accumulated valuable customer and market data, this intelligence wasn't effectively empowering GPs at the individual level. LeadGenix was born from our vision to democratize access to AI-powered insights and automation, allowing GPs to focus their relationship-building skills on the right prospects at the right time with the right message.
What it does
LeadGenix revolutionizes the GP workflow through three integrated AI-powered capabilities:
AI-Powered Lead Scoring & Prioritization: The system analyzes multiple data dimensions (GP performance history, customer demographics, market trends) to assign conversion probability scores from 0-100. GPs receive a daily prioritized list of "hot leads" most likely to convert based on robust predictive analytics.
Hyper-Personalized Outreach Generator: Using generative AI, LeadGenix creates tailored messages in the prospect's preferred language that incorporate cultural context, timely triggers (like festive seasons or local events), and personalized product recommendations based on predicted needs.
Smart Follow-Up Automation: The system tracks prospect engagement across communication channels and automatically generates optimized follow-up sequences with varied approaches. It alerts GPs about high-potential leads requiring personal attention and suggests optimal contact times based on prospect behavior patterns.
All these capabilities are delivered through an intuitive mobile-first "Lead Dashboard" that integrates seamlessly into the existing GroMo app, presenting actionable insights with minimal friction. For GPs who prefer voice interaction or have literacy constraints, a multilingual voice interface allows them to control the system and hear lead summaries in their native language.
How we built it
Our approach to building LeadGenix focuses on leveraging AWS services to deliver sophisticated AI capabilities with practical implementation:
Data Integration Architecture: We designed a comprehensive data pipeline that brings together:
- GP performance data from GroMo's CRM (sales history, product preferences)
- Customer demographics and behavior signals
- External market trends, festive calendars, and economic indicators
Machine Learning Framework: Our lead scoring system utilizes Amazon SageMaker to build and train models that identify conversion probability based on multiple variables. The system employs reinforcement learning to continuously improve based on which leads actually convert.
Generative AI Implementation: We leverage AWS Bedrock to power our personalized message generation, creating culturally relevant content across multiple Indian languages that incorporates product details, seasonal offers, and personal context.
Voice Interface Design: Using Amazon Lex, we've created a multilingual voice system that enables GPs to interact with the platform through natural language commands and receive spoken summaries of lead information.
Mobile-First User Experience: Our interface design prioritizes simplicity and actionable insights, presenting lead information in a clear, prioritized format with one-tap actions for outreach and follow-up.
Challenges we ran into
Developing LeadGenix presented several significant challenges:
