Inspiration

Sales teams often struggle with inefficiencies in lead prioritization, routing, and follow-ups. We were inspired to create a solution that leverages Salesforce and geolocation intelligence to help sales reps optimize their day-to-day lead engagement, boost productivity, and close more deals with less effort.

What it does

Lead Trackr Agent is a Salesforce-integrated lead management platform that empowers sales executives with: • Integrated with Google Maps for intelligent route planning. • Helps sales executives target leads along specific paths and nearby areas. • Boosts productivity by allowing more lead coverage in less time. • Optimizes field sales planning through location-based lead prioritization • Enables aggressive follow-up until maximize the leads conversion. • Targets the right qualified leads to maximize sales outcomes. • Leads Trackr Agent supports product selling to dealers, Hospitals, etc..

How we built it

We built Lead Trackr using Salesforce's suite of tools including Apex, Flows, and Experience cloud, LWC. Google Maps API was integrated for geolocation features. The backend logic handles lead scoring, retrieval filters, and performance analytics.

Challenges we ran into

• Mapping leads accurately by geolocation and syncing real-time updates. • Managing performance and responsiveness of Google Maps when dealing with large lead datasets. • Lead with no follow-up status and monitoring • Balancing field usability with platform limitations in a mobile context. • Ensuring data consistency across multiple systems (Salesforce, ERP, Data Cloud).-yet to implement
