PROSPECTIVE (AUCTION -BASED) LEAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Lead management is a set of methodologies, systems, and practices designed to generate new potential business clientele, generally operated through a variety of marketing campaigns or programs.The existing system has several problems like huge infrastructure and cost for procuring the leads. Our system is based on auction of leads to other dealers and DSAs. The key features involves geo-tagging of leads, time bound auction system ,and minimum bid calculation based from CPL​ (Cost Per Lead). Our system has - ADMIN Panel: -> ​Admin can put leads for auction ->​ Admin will decide the time and date for the auction -> ​Admin will set the period of auction -> ​As he fix the auction (put leads for action) ,all the dealers and DSAs will be mailed regarding the auction (date,duration and number of leads with the area) -> ​The auction will automically start at the time which is set by Admin DEALER Panel ->​To bid in auction for a lead or more, the dealers have to first login (if registered) or if not, have to register. ->​ On their profile, they can view current bid , current winner ,location of leads ->​ They will be given option to submit their bid ->​ If the sumbitted bid is greater than the current bid , current bid will be updated with submitted bid and the current winner will be replaced with the dealer_id. -> ​A filter to search the leads in a particular area -> ​Timer to show the remaining time to bid will be shown on their profile After the timeout, each participants will be mailed an acknowledgement. Winner of each lead will be mailed a link to payment gateway. After the payment process is done , the winner will receive a mail containing the details of the leads it won.
