LAWNSNOWAPP: Taking LSA to Launch

LAWNSNOWAPP helps operators run the work, bill the job, and keep customers in the loop. Owners manage customers, properties, jobs, crews, invoices, settings, reports, documents, taxes, and requests from one Command Center. Crews use a focused Crew Portal for assigned work, start/complete actions, notes, and approved field materials. Customers use secure portal links to review upcoming work, submit requests, view unpaid completed work, and pay invoices.

LAWNSNOWAPP existed before Build Week, but it was materially extended during the submission period. New or materially improved work includes the Settings Hub, Crew Oversight Map, Crew Lead location controls, Silent Launch Mode, Crew Portal Start Job fixes, Customer Portal authentication/session improvements, customer change requests, one-click owner approval, passwordless invoice links, quoting and pricing workflow updates, demo reset reliability, AvaTax/tax settings onboarding, and a broad security hardening pass that removed obsolete Zaprite payment routes and added stronger server-side controls.

GPT-5.6 was used throughout Build Week as an engineering partner, not just for final polish. It helped design, implement, debug, and refine launch-critical features across owner operations, crew workflows, customer workflows, pricing, demo reliability, tax setup, and security. The final Codex session inspected Git and Vercel history, matched commits to features, distinguished new Build Week work from pre-existing functionality, ran final validation, created an evidence table, documented security work, and prepared the submission packet.
