Humanising the legal field through technology.

Despite the global transition into a digital age, the legal field remains esoteric - much of the information needed for a regular Joe to decide which lawyer or law firm he wishes to seek help from is simply not made available to him. Cost figures are hardly accessible, and there are simply too many options and too little known factors to help one make a choice. This problem is intensified when inexperienced and underprivileged individuals first become embroiled in a case and are forced to navigate the legal landscape with little to no assistance.

Our solution shifts the focus away from firm-centric, unverified marketing and returns attention to the core of what legal representation is about - where one lawyer acts as your guide and ally through the legal system. Our primary feature is the directory of lawyers that can be searched and filtered through. By looking at peer/client reviews, qualifications and estimated price range, clients can make informed decisions on their preferred lawyer. This increases the likelihood for a personable relationship to be established, and gives clients the best shot at success.

Additionally, our platform offers two more features to ease a first-timer’s encounter with the law. Firstly, our 24/7 AI chatbot is trained to handle the administrative and procedural questions that clients might have. It provides general guidelines as well as links to further resources to ground them in their search and ease the information gathering process. Secondly, our planned community forum can help assuage the worries of clients by acting like a crowd-sourced FAQ. Users can post simple legal doubts that they might have and both lawyers and other experienced users can share their insights on the question at hand, benefitting both the asker, as well as future users of the site.

We have the MVP deployed for you to test! The chatbot is functional. You can test it with sample inputs such as "Required documents" or "Appropriate court attire".
