LaunchPad

Inspiration

As I personally began the journey of founding my own startup I realized there is no one ap that you can manage your entire startup from. This really frustrated me as I like the feeling of staying clean, neat, and organized. That's why I built LaunchPad, and all in one startup hub designed to help startups feel more organized and manageable.

What it does

LaunchPad combines all aspects of startups and puts in on organized hub. From chats to internal forums and AI's LaunchPad has it all.

How we built it

Launchpad is being on hosted on Firebase's free, Spark, plan. We use Firebase to host the app, provide Google and Email sign in, and ensure advanced security and encryption of user data. This app was built with a combination of hands on coding as well as use of Cursor to help work faster and more efficiently

Challenges we ran into

One major challenge we ran into while building LaunchPad was finding a good but free AI API key to integrate into our service. We started out by trying API keys from large companies, but quickly realized those ha limits far lower than our expectations. We then discovered a hidden area on Google's Antigravity website where it provides u with amazing API keys at high limits with no pricing.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we managed to incorporate aspects of AI into our app as it allowed our app to be more appealing and simple to use

What we learned

We learned how to use and integrate AI API keys in a smooth, cots effective way to make apps better instead of seeming tacky.

What's next for LaunchPad

Next LaunchPad is set to receive major updates in areas such as feature sets and especially areas to help startups be even more organized with LaunchPad
