LaunchMap AI is a client launch-readiness workspace for small agencies, freelancers, implementation teams, and startup studios. It turns an incomplete client brief into an explainable readiness assessment, prioritized action plan, risk register, follow-up questions, and editable launch checklist.

Judges can use Load Northstar Coffee Sample to run the complete workflow without an account or API key.

Workflow

  1. Enter company and project details, a public website URL, project brief, launch date, and required channels or integrations.
  2. Run the deterministic brief-only readiness analysis.
  3. Review the score, evidence, missing information and assets, dependencies, blockers, risks, questions, action plan, and checklist.
  4. Edit owners, priorities, due dates, questions, and checklist status.
  5. Review all result sections and explicitly approve the plan.
  6. Copy the approved summary or print the complete four-page report.

Native.builder

The application was planned with native.builder Product Architect and generated, iterated, QA-hardened, and deployed primarily in native.builder for the AI Factory — Native.builder Hackathon. This repository contains the source bundle exported from the existing LaunchMap AI native.builder project after the platform GitHub Sync control was attempted.

Data and integration disclosure

  • The current release performs a deterministic analysis of the information supplied in the form.
  • The Northstar Coffee sample is synthetic and contains no sensitive personal data.
  • Bright Data public-web enrichment was planned but is deferred; this release does not claim or fabricate live website retrieval.
  • Assessment state is stored locally in the user's browser for the demo workflow.

LaunchMap AI recommends and organizes work. It does not autonomously approve launches, sign contracts, purchase services, change client systems, or send messages.
