Launching the world’s first AI co-founder with Google

Inspiration:

Startups move fast, but important knowledge often gets scattered across Google Drive, meeting notes, and endless email threads. I wanted to create something that feels like a co-founder who actually keeps up, someone who already knows your files, meetings, and data before you even ask.

That’s how AaiMinder, the “AI co-founder,” was born to help teams stay organized, informed, and one step ahead.

What I Learned:

This project taught me how to connect multiple Google AI tools into a single intelligent workflow:

• How Agentspace orchestrates real-time context from multiple data stores.
• How NotebookLM transforms unstructured data into useful summaries and insights.
• How to manage secure identity and access control with Google Cloud to protect business data.

I also learned a lot about prompt design, data pipeline setup, and creating user interactions that feel natural rather than robotic.

How I Built It:

Connected Google Drive, Calendar, and Cloud Storage using Agentspace, so the AI could access all relevant data sources.

Created data stores for each platform and built a conversational interface that answers queries like:

“What meetings are on my agenda today?” “Summarize key takeaways from this week’s marketing reports.”

Deployed the system securely on Google Cloud with managed permissions and identity access.

The result is an AI that understands the context of your business and responds like a real teammate.

Challenges:

API integration: Getting Agentspace, NotebookLM, and Cloud Storage to communicate smoothly took time and debugging.

Data security: Ensuring each data store stayed private while allowing the AI proper access was a big challenge.

Unstructured data: Handling mixed file types (PDFs, TXT, Docs) meant refining how NotebookLM extracts meaning consistently.

Outcome:

Now, AaiMinder acts like a real co-founder, it prepares meeting briefs, summarizes internal docs, and surfaces action items automatically.

This project showed me that the future of teamwork isn’t just humans using AI, it’s humans collaborating with AI that truly understands their work.
