Inspiration

We noticed that founders spend 70% of their time in "configuration hell"—managing boilerplate and infrastructure—rather than building core value. We wanted to create an autonomous bridge that takes a raw idea and transforms it into a verified, architecturally sound foundation instantly.

What it does

LaunchAgent.ai is an Autonomous Engineering Agent that provides Deterministic Scaffolding. It interprets project intent to generate high-stakes architectural cores and security layers. Most importantly, it integrates an Origin Shield—utilizing the Solana blockchain to seal project metadata on-chain, providing a permanent "Proof of Originality" and a real-time integrity auditor.

How we built it

We engineered LaunchAgent.ai using a high-performance, modular stack designed for scalability and security:

  • Intelligence & Voice: We utilized the Gemini 2.5 flash API for agentic reasoning and intent mapping, transforming natural language into structured technical requirements. For a truly immersive experience, we integrated Eleven Labs to provide real-time, low-latency AI voice feedback during the blueprint generation process.

  • Blockchain Layer: Built on Solana using @solana/web3.js. We generate SHA-256 fingerprints of project metadata and commit them to the Devnet ledger, creating an immutable "Origin Shield" for intellectual property.

  • The Auditor: A custom diagnostic engine that performs live RPC calls to the Solana cluster to retrieve, decode, and verify on-chain fingerprints against local data states.

  • Frontend & UX: A futuristic, high-fidelity React dashboard styled with Tailwind CSS and Lucide icons, focusing on a "dark-mode" tech aesthetic with neon accents.

  • Security & Identity: Implemented Auth0 for enterprise-grade authentication, ensuring that only verified founders can access and seal their proprietary logic.

  • Database & Persistence: Leveraged MongoDB Atlas for a flexible, document-based schema to manage project states, user profiles, and historical audit logs.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully built a functional Origin Shield that makes blockchain utility invisible but powerful. Seeing a conceptual idea receive a unique transaction signature and a "Trust Score" based on real ledger data was a massive win for our team's vision of "Verified Engineering."

What's next for LaunchAgent.ai

Our next milestone is Autonomous Deployment Automation. We plan to move from generating blueprints to executing "No-Human-Ops" deployments, allowing founders to go from a verified on-chain idea to a live production URL with a single click.
