Inspiration
Every entrepreneur has brilliant ideas, but most of them fail even with Bolt. I teach Bolt in several courses for makers and no coders. I follow this 3 steps and I help my students with very great prompts for their projects.
Two days ago I thought on productizing my flow for building great projects, this is Launchable.
What it does
Launchable transforms raw ideas into launch-ready products through:
- Guided Idea Clarification: Non-chatbot interface that asks targeted questions
- AI-Generated PRDs: Comprehensive 8-section Product Requirements Documents
- Optimized Bolt.new Prompts: Ready-to-use prompts for instant prototyping
- Subscription Management: Scalable SaaS business model
- Project Dashboard: Complete project lifecycle management
How I built it
- Frontend: React 18 + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui
- Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL + Auth + Edge Functions)
- AI Integration: 3 n8n webhooks with 3 ai agents for content generation
- Payments: Stripe with complete subscription management
- Deployment: Netlify
Challenges I faced
- Creating a non-chat AI interface that feels natural
- Designing a guided flow that captures complex product requirements
- Implementing real-time subscription management with Stripe webhooks
Accomplishments
- Built a complete SaaS platform ready for scale in 2 days
- Solved the "blank page problem" for product development
- Created seamless bridge between ideas and Bolt implementation
What we learned
- AI works best when guided by structured workflows, not open-ended chats
- Product planning is universally painful xD
- Supabase + Bolt + Stripe is the perfect stack for rapid SaaS development
What's next
- Launching into my no-coders audience
- Templates
- Design resources
- And long list I will implement following my needs as a maker
