Launch Pilot was born from our journey building Vynance, a personal finance platform.

While building and preparing to launch Vynance, we realized that creating the product itself wasn't the hardest part. The difficult questions came before and during launch:

Are we solving the right problem? Is there enough validation? What are the biggest risks? Are we actually ready to launch? What should we focus on next?

We found ourselves repeatedly asking AI for advice, studying competitors, analyzing traction, and trying to make sense of conflicting feedback. Existing tools helped us build products, but very few helped us decide whether we should launch and what to improve before launching.

That's where the idea for Launch Pilot came from.
