LatenCymbal - #Proposal

Musicians and bands all around the world would like to virtually jam together. The biggest hurdle is latency. To hack this, we can instead process all incoming sounds and return a unified audio.

Challenges I think that we will run into

Synchronizing different music sources based on somewhat inaccurate and jittery latency information

Problems

For musicians, the time they play the instrument will be different from the time they hear the unified music but it is still better than nothing, the reason it should be online and not like existing offline (in the sense of processing) tools would be to better simulate a jam session and help musicians in the current covid situation.
