Last Night in Lagos follows the journey of Dami, an upcoming DJ trying to break into the city’s fast-moving music scene. After years of mixing in small lounges and working late nights in his bedroom studio, he finally gets the call he’s been waiting for.

It’s his closest friend, Tunde, breathless over the phone. A major league producer one known for spotting raw talent is hosting an exclusive party somewhere on the Island. No flyers, no guest list, no second chances. “If you can make it tonight,” Tunde says, “you might just change your life.”

But in Lagos, nothing is as simple as showing up.

As Dami steps out into the neon-lit night, the city becomes both his pathway and his obstacle. Players navigate his journey through chaotic traffic, unexpected police stops, dodgy shortcuts, and the colorful characters that define Lagos nightlife, Danfo drivers bargaining at impossible hours, street vendors hustling under flickering streetlights, and friends who may or may not have his best interest at heart.

At every point, choices matter. Does he stay calm when the night tests him, or does frustration derail the mission? Does he trust a stranger offering a faster route, or rely on his instincts? Does he spend his last cash on a safer ride, or save it for equipment he might need later? Does he arrive late, or arrive ready?

The story explores how ambition collides with reality in a city where opportunities appear suddenly and vanish just as fast. Dami’s final moment with the producer depends entirely on how he navigates the night: his attitude, his decisions, his resilience, and the people he chooses to believe in.

By the end, players experience one of multiple outcomes: — Dami blows the producer away and gets the break he’s dreamed of — He arrives too late, and the chance slips away — He discovers hidden truths about the people around him — Or he realizes the night was about more than a career, it was about who he is becoming

Last Night in Lagos is a story of ambition, luck, friendship, and the electric, unpredictable heartbeat of Lagos. It’s about a young DJ who steps into the night hoping to change his life and how the night changes him instead.
