Inspiration

We all know how stressful it gets when practical exams are near, and we don’t have time to go through long notes or search for videos. We faced the same problem. That’s why we created Last Minute Practicals . a website where students can quickly find everything they need for their practicals in one place.

What it does

Last Minute Practicals is a one-stop website for students to quickly revise practical experiments. It includes everything needed for last-minute prep — aim, apparatus, procedures, diagrams, explanation videos and viva questions with answers — all organized by subject and topic. The goal is to make revision fast, simple, and stress-free.

How we built it

We used Canva, a no-code design tool, to build and design the website. It helped us focus more on content and layout without worrying about programming. We collected and created useful resources, structured them clearly, and made sure everything looked clean and easy to use for students.

Challenges we ran into

-Canva had design limitations, so we had to get creative
-Making sure all topics followed the same format and style -Finding short, clear, and correct explanation videos

Accomplishments that we're proud of

-Created a complete and functional website using only no-code tools

  • Managed to cover all key elements students need for revision
  • Worked together as a team and finished the project on time
  • Made something that can actually help students during exams

What we learned

  • How to organize educational content in a simple and useful way
  • The importance of clear structure and consistency in learning platforms
  • Time management and teamwork while handling multiple tasks
  • How to make use of no-code tools to build real projects

What's next for Last Minute Practicals

  • Add more subjects and experiments
  • Create our own short explanation videos
  • Make the website interactive with quizzes and progress tracking
  • Explore building a mobile app version for easier access -Add simulations of experiments
