Inspiration
We want to create a tool to improve people's productivity when they work/study at home, and also aid them from suffering physical and mental health issues.
What it does
How we built it
We made the prototype by using uizard (an online UI Design building tool), and built the reading blog by using HTML/CSS/javascript. Firstly, we analysed the requirements, considering what are the real problems people will have when working at home: what stops us from being productive? We applied the same methods in thinking about physical health and mental health.
Challenges we ran into
We encountered some technical problems like CSS styling, and turning between pages. It was also difficult scheduling times to meet due to different availabilities and inability to meet in person.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The calendar function enables people to make clear what their schedules are, and also their everyday plans.
The read section enables people to communicate with people who have similar issues.
We completed the project very efficiently, time-wise.
What we learned
Analytical thinking, web design skills, how to use programming languages to make a blog website.
What's next for Last minute
To further improve the website, we want to link it with some fitness app, like Google Health Assistant, and also can link to some mental health platform to get more professional resources.
